Therapy for Teens, Adults, and Couples in Irvine (92618) & Across California
You feel everything — it’s both your strength and your struggle.
You notice what others miss: the tension in a room, the shift in energy, the emotions people try to hide. You care deeply, think endlessly, and crave meaningful connection. Yet, it can leave you feeling overstimulated, anxious, or unsure of where you end and others begin.
I help teens, adults, and couples navigate ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges so they can reconnect with who they are beneath the patterns of coping and overthinking.
My Approach
Therapy with me is about honoring the parts of you that learned to protect and survive. Together, we’ll work towards:
Understanding your emotions and nervous system
Healing attachment wounds and relational pain
Rebuilding trust and connection with yourself and others
I offer trauma-informed, attachment-based, and emotionally focused therapy, grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and care. My approach blends heartfelt- emotional depth with practical insight. We’ll explore how your past shaped the ways you relate, protect, and connect, creating new patterns that feel aligned with your values and truth. My goal is to help you build stronger relationships, deepen self-understanding, and live in a way that feels authentic, balanced, and true to you.
A Bit About Me
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Irvine, CA. offering both in-person sessions (92618) and telehealth across California.
My own experience moving through a fast, often overwhelming world has shaped how I practice — with deep empathy for those who feel misunderstood or overstimulated by modern life. I value stillness, authenticity, and connection, the same values that guide my work with clients.
Outside the therapy room, I find depth and meaning in music, books, film, nature, and genuine relationships — the places where healing and humanity often meet!
