Individual Therapy (Teens & Adults): $150 per 50-minute session

Couples Therapy (Emotionally Focused Therapy): $175 per 50-minute session

I am not in-network with insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement varies by insurance plan.

Cancellations or reschedule requests require at least 48 hours’ notice. Request for rescheduling or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee.

Payment is due at the time of service and will be billed to the credit/debit card clients place on file.

What you share in therapy is private and confidential. The only exceptions, as required by law, include:

• Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or elder

• Threats of harm to yourself or others

• Court orders or subpoenas requiring disclosure

Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Irvine (92618) and secure telehealth sessions for clients across California.

Therapy is unique for each person. Some clients come for short-term support (6–12 sessions), while others choose longer-term work focused on deeper healing, integration, and growth.
